Josh Neuman was a well-known American skateboarder and RUclipsr who tragically passed away at the age of 22 in a plane crash in Iceland on February 4, 2022. He gained fame for his daring skateboarding videos, which often featured him performing stunts in various picturesque and challenging locations around the world, such as the French Alps and the Italian Dolomites. His RUclips channel had nearly 1.2 million subscribers, making him a popular figure in the extreme sports community. Neuman was on a sightseeing flight in Iceland to create commercial content for the Belgian fashion brand Suspicious Antwerp when the plane, a Cessna 172, crashed into Lake Thingvallavatn. Along with Neuman, the crash also claimed the lives of Tim Alings, the company's sponsorship manager, Nicola Bellavia, a Belgian skydiver and social media influencer, and the pilot, Haraldur Diego, a renowned Icelandic aviator. In addition to his RUclips career, Josh Neuman was an entrepreneur who founded NeuVision Skate Co., which sold longboards and a clothing line. He was dedicated to philanthropy, donating all profits from his clothing line to building wells to provide clean water in impoverished communities. His passing was mourned by many in the skateboarding and social media communities, who remembered him for his adventurous spirit and charitable efforts

I’m late to the game regarding Josh and his incredible talent and ability to inspire. I watched my first video of him day before yesterday and had no idea he passed away and in such a fluke accident. It’s truly the most unfortunate for such a young shining star. He was indeed SHINING to the very end. May he rest in peace and my thoughts are with his parents. You have to be so proud.
